Get ahead of the post-holiday healthy eating game at the newest location of  CoreLife Eatery, which opened Friday in Garden City.

CoreLife specializes in build-your-own bowls featuring greens, grains or bone broths.

Garden City, the 49th location of the national chain, is the second Long Island outpost; the first is at the Farmingdale Airport Plaza.

Besides the bowls at both locations, there are lunch and dinner picks of grass-fed beef, ahi tuna, mushrooms over brown rice, noodles or quinoa.

“We have no freezers or no microwaves; we cut, cook and serve all day only,” says Nicole Hess, marketing coordinator for CoreEatery.   Combinations for gluten-free and vegan diners are available at the counter-order spot.

A kids menu offers soups and a purple rice plate with a choice of protein, mandarin oranges and a rainbow of produce.

Prices for bowls run from $5.95 to $11.95; plates are $9.45 to $12.95.

CoreLife is at 910 Franklin Ave., Garden City; open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., corelifeeatery.com.
