Costa de Espana in Port Jefferson closes

A Port Jefferson perennial, Costa de Espana, has closed.

The Old World Spanish restaurant offered a menu ranging from tapas, including Serrano ham and manchego cheese, to  entrees like paella Valenciana and shrimp with green sauce.

Costa de Espana first opened in 1983 and nearly made it to three decades. An achievement in this fickle world.
