Supersized new flatbreads at Walt Whitman mall

Quite a spectacle, the superlong flatbreads just added to the repertoire at Cirella’s at Saks Fifth Avenue at Walt Whitman Shops in Huntington Station. They're sized for sharing, presented on wooden paddles that slightly overhang each table.
Crusts are first made at the nearby Cirella’s in Melville before being transported to Huntington Station and then baked, with toppings, on-site. Varieties include the traditional Margherita ($15), along with the more eccentric “Saksy” with grilled chicken, bacon, spinach and Gorgonzola, as well as the turkey ($15), which also features zucchini, cranberries, spinach and Swiss cheese.
