East Hampton: "Art & Dine" @ The Living Room

The Living Room, the three-star restaurant at c/o The Maidstone,  starts a new dinner series on Feb. 8 featuring guest artists, writers and musicians.

Artist Dan Rizzie and author Steven Gaines will be at the first dinner. Chef James Carpenter's $36 fixed-price, two-course meal plus cookies for dessert, starts at 6:30 p.m. Gaines'  books include "Philistines at the Hedgerow," "The Love You Make" and "The Sky's the Limit." Rizzie, an abstract artist, has had his work exhibited nationwide.
