Peking duck is a staple at Philippe East Hampton, the latest from the owners of luxe-Chinese restaurant Philippe in Manhattan. Philippe, the celebrity-magnet, two-star  Chinese-and-Asian style restaurant, reopens in East Hampton next Tuesday.

It's the second season in the Hamptons for Philippe. Owner Philippe Chow has restaurants in Manhattan, Miami Beach, Los Angeles and Mexico. They're known for dishes such as Beijing duck,  chicken satay, and spicy prawns. The East Hampton restaurant also excelled with Shanghai-style soup dumplings, lettuce wraps with minced chicken or vegetables, red king crab legs and red velvet cake.
