The Living Room, the three-star restaurant at c/o The Maidstone in East Hampton, highlights the wines of Longboard Vineyards on Sunday at a five-course dinner. Cost: $100 per person, plus tax and tip.

Executive chef James Carpenter's menu includes house-cured gravlax, a fricassee of wild mushrooms, duck breast with carrot-ginger flan and wild rice, grilled beef short ribs with parsnip puree and caramelized Brussels sprouts, and a pear frangipane tart with honey-rosemary ice cream.

Wines include the Russian River Valley producer's 2008 sauvignon blanc, pinot noir and merlot; 2006 cabernet sauvignon; and 2007 late-harvest semillon.

Dinner starts at 6 p.m. Reservations: 631-324-5440. Diners receive a 25 percent discount on the hotel's room rate on Sept. 26.
