Easter Sunday brunch  is as popular as dinner. Here are eight Long Island restaurants offering the holiday brunch.

The Carltun, Eisenhower Park, East Meadow; 516-542-0700, ext. 1. The Palm Court hosts brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost is $48 for adults, $20 for children 3 to 10. Breakfast, antipasti, pasta stations; roast turkey, leg of lamb, children's menu.

Danfords Inn Hotel & Marina, 25 East Broadway, Port Jefferson; 631-928-5200, ext. 176. Served at seatings: 11 a.m., noon, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 p.m. $44.95 for adults; $19.95 for children 4 to 12; free for children less than 4 years old. Main dishes include suckling pig, pan-seared salmon, lemon sole, cheese ravioli, leg of lamb. Also: omelet station, eggs Benedict, French toast, salads, cheese and fruit platters, shellfish.

The Garden City Hotel, 45 Seventh St., Garden City; 516-747-3000. Breakfast and brunch and offered. Breakfast is 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. $30 per person plus tax and tip, free for children 2 years old or younger. Includes crafts; call 516-877-9385 for breakfast. Brunch starts at noon. $69 per person plus tax and tip; children less than 12 years old, $34.50. Brunch includes shellfish, smoked fish, leg of lamb, smoked ham. Unlimited mimosas, screwdrivers Bloody Marys.

Mirabelle Tavern at the Three Village Inn, 150 Main St., Stony Brook; 631-751-0555. Buffet from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., with brunch and dinner dishes. $45 for adults; $15 for children 10 year old or younger.  Carving station includes mint-risotto-stuffed leg of lamb, beef Wellington, rack of pork, planked swordfish; chafing dishes include duck confit, eggplant rollatine, seafood-stuffed sole, butternut-squash ravioli.

The Woodlands, 1 Southwoods Rd., Woodbury; 516-921-5707. Seatings 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and noon to 2 p.m. Prepaid reservations, $50 per person; $20 for children 3 to 12 years old. Brunch buffet includes carving station for leg of lamb and turkey breast; iced shrimp; omelet station; French toast, potato pancakes, eggs Benedict, tomato-mozzarella salad, cured meats, salads, desserts.

Nick & Toni's, 136 N. Main St., East Hampton; 631-324-3550. A la carte brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Prices range from $9 to $21, and includes pizzas, white bean-escarole soup, brioche French toast, hanger steak and eggs, crab-and-chive risotto, grilled housemade sausage with broccoli rabe and caponata, pan-roasted cod with wood-roasted vegetables and olive tapenade. Free pastries.

Library Cafe, 274 Main St., Farmingdale; 516-752-7678. Buffet brunch served tableside, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The cost is $21.95 for adults, $10.95 for children. Expect French toast pancakes, pastries, fruit, egg dishes and sides.

Harbor Grill, 367 Three Mile Harbor Rd., East Hampton; 631-604-5290.  Buffet brunch goes from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cost is $14.95. Choices include omelets, scrambled eggs, French toast, pastries, wraps, soups. Regular menu also available. Free glass of sparkling wine.
