Eat to build kids' hospital

Now through Sunday, you can dine out and, at the same time, raise money for Stony Brook University Hospital to erect a new state-of-the-art pediatric center.
At the following spots, order a three-course prix-fixe, at $29.95, and $5 will go to the building of the children’s hospital. Of course, if you'd like to tack on an additional donation, nobody will stop you.
Among the participating restaurants: Bliss in East Setauket, Bella Vita City Grill in St. James, Chop Shop in Smithtown, Kitchen A Trattoria in St. James, Tate's in Nesconset and VIEW in Oakdale.
