The pop-up restaurant is one of the most anticipated of the Hamptons summer dining season.

Chef Daniel Humm, of Eleven Madison Park, is packing up his ideas and staff and moving to EMP Summer House in East Hampton, a pop-up version of the legendary Manhattan restaurant.

A luxe lobster boil will be on the menu at EMP Summer House in East Hampton, a pop-up version of the legendary Eleven Madison Park. It will serve from June 24, 2017 through Labor Day.
