Walk through the doors of Primo Piatto and you're greeted with a big hello and surrounded by trays piled with tomatoes. The trays are sitting around to remind you that the sauce is fresh and never out of the can, said Fabrizio Castelli, the restaurant's co-owner. Along with the fresh sauce and pasta is Grandma's secret recipe for out-of-this-world meatballs.
