Tie a bib around your neck before watching this week's video. Host Meredith Daniels takes the Feed Me crew down the street from Newsday's Melville offices to Roast Sandwich House for gourmet sandwiches, melt-in-your-mouth paninis and overflowing bowls of salad.

Virtually everything at Roast Sandwich House is made in-house, starting with the roasted meats. Sandwich fillings are composed in ways both harmonious and ingenious, with just the right artisanal bread for the optimal bite.

Don't believe us? Watch co-owner Joe Cordaro prepare a savory feast before your eyes.
