Welcome to ExploreLI's inaugural Feed Me video, the first in a twice-monthly series in which host Meredith Daniels takes us on a journey of fun food fare on Long Island, from the barbecue at Smokin' Al's in Massapequa Park to the outrageous hummus at Tel Aviv in Great Neck.
For the first episode, we head to Thomas's Ham & Eggery Diner in Carle Place where customers enjoy eggs and corned-beef hash served in skillets alongside a variety of delicious stuffed french toast and pancakes.
