In an upscale night powered by the music of “Ol’ Blue Eyes,” the private aircraft chartering company JFI Jets is looking to help raise funds for pediatric care.

The evening is called “Come Fly With Me,” and it takes place on Thursday, June 14, at the JFI Jet Hangar Facility in Farmingdale (1100 New Hwy., 888-534-5387, jfijets.com). Opening with a cocktail party at 6:30 p.m., and then followed by an 8 p.m. dinner, it’s a benefit for The Children’s Medical Fund of New York – a nonprofit organization that works to increase endowments to build health facilities, sponsor programs and provide equipment critical to the medical needs of children both locally and all over the world.

It’s a casino-themed night, but JFI is also giving guests a gander at the firm’s jet fleet and facilities – with one of the planes on display reportedly belonging to the late musical icon Frank Sinatra. However, Sinatra’s impact on the night will also be felt via his music, as popular impersonator (and Top 10 finalist on season three of the TV show “America’s Got Talent”) Paul Salos will not only perform the music associated with “The chairman of The Board” but deliver the sounds in Sinatra-esque style.

Also featuring celebrity chef and Food Network host (of “24 Hour Restaurant Battle”) Scott Conant, guests are asked to dress in fashionable but casual apparel. Limited tickets are available via emailing vlada@linxind.com, and set at $1,250 apiece.
