Got laughter?

You will Saturday night when comedian Bobby Collins — a New Hyde Park Memorial High School graduate — performs at the Southampton Cultural Center.

With more than 200 stand-up performances across the country each year, Collins has hit the stage from concert halls to cruise ships. He’s been on TV shows and in movies, including last year’s “I Am Comic,” and has opened for celebs such as Frank Sinatra, Cher, Tony Bennett and Julio Iglesias.

Collins’ comedic style lies in his humorous observations about every day life.

Take this bit for instance: “I got on the plane the other day. Kid sitting next to me got metal all over his face and his body. Looked like he fell into a tackle box,” Collins says during a performance posted on his website. “He’s looking at me. I’m looking at him. He’s got like twelve rings going across his eyebrows. I look at him, I go, ‘You oughta put a shower curtain up there!’ ”

Now, go scratch your funny bone.
