Teresa Giudice at Sugar in Carle Place

You may recognize her from the popular Bravo network reality show “Real Housewives of New Jersey” (or simply as the woman from the commercial for “Real Housewives” who so famously flared her eyes at a fellow cast member, lifting the table with her body as she leaped up in anger) – but whether you know her or not, Teresa Giudice is a wanted lady right now.

Thousands belong to Facebook groups dedicated to her, she has more than 278,000 Twitter followers, and just typing “Teresa” into Google’s search engine instantly reveals her full name. Giudice has also authored cookbooks such as “Skinny Italian: Eat It,” “Enjoy It: Live La Bella Vita and Look Great, Too!” and “Fabulicious!: Teresa's Italian Family Cookbook.” And now, add the title of “Long Island Club Hostess” to her lengthy resume, as she will be at Sugar in Carle Place on Friday, Sept. 9 at 9 p.m., for dinner, then staying until 1 a.m.

Appearing alongside her oft-televised (and seemingly very sleepy) husband, Joe, Giudice will be at the restaurant and lounge to help usher in the beginning of the fall nightlife season. There’s a $10 cover charge (free with VIP card until 10 p.m.), but any lady who arrives with the proper flier or that aforementioned VIP card can enjoy an open bar from 8:30 to 10 p.m.; reservations can be made at 516-248-7600.
