At this newly expanded Patchogue Colombian spot, French windows open onto the downtown street scene. Inside, co-owner Dave Bustamante enthusiastically explains the cuisine to newcomers. The well-burnished rotisserie chicken is especially good daubed with Bustamante's avocado sauce, a sassy chile-spiked puree. Try the arroz con pollo, a winning dish reminiscent of Chinese fried rice. For dessert, the house specialty, five-milk flan, offers an appropriately cool, creamy conclusion.
