A quartet of brews from Belgium will accompany a four-course dinner to be held next week at George Martin in Rockville Centre.

The cost is $50. The April17 dinner will go from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.  Reservations are required.

Expect Palm Amber to accompany mussels and hand-cut fries with lemon-garlic aioli; Rodenbach Classic with endive-and-walnut salad; Steenbrugge Tripel with boneless beef short ribs a la carbonnade; and Brouwerij Boon Kriek with Belgian chocolate truffles.
