George Martin, the American-style bistro in Rockville Centre, starts a series of fixed-price shrimp dinners tonight. It's slated to be a Monday-night special, with preparations changing each week.
The three-course dinners are $25. Dinner starts at 5 p.m.
Tonight's menu selections include grilled shrimp with chimichurri, red rice and pico de gallo; prosciutto-wrapped shrimp with "risotto-style" Israeli couscous; and shrimp Parmigiana with linguine marinara. The meal includes soup, either French onion, creamy tomato, or a soup-of-the-day; or a small salad. Dessert is included, too.
Next Monday, March 12, the main-course selections will include coconut-crusted shrimp; crabmeat-stuffed shrimp; and shrimp scarpariello, with sweet sausage, broccoli, crisp potatoes and rosemary-tomato pan sauce.
George Martin, 65 N. Park Ave., Rockville Centre; 516-678-7272.
