Glen Cove: Goodbye, GLYHOP

A sad discovery: GLYHOP Pancake House Restaurant in Glen Cove is no more, the space it occupied in the historic Coles House now up for rent.

Fondly remembered from the attractive family-friendly breakfast and lunch spot: moist, addictive corn bread, light nutty whole grain maple pecan pancakes and a lovely salad of pan seared wild salmon over mixed greens and grapefruit sections.
