La Pace with Chef Michael hosts a three-course wine dinner on Oct. 7 and Oct. 10 in honor of Columbus Day.
The fixed-price dinner is $49.95, plus tax and tip. Diners who don't want to include the selected wines with the dinner pay $39.50. There will be live entertainment, too.
The menu includes a Napoleon of eggplant, mozzarella, oven-dried tomatoes and balsamic-vinegar syrup, paired with either vermentino or Riesling; grilled halibut with asparagus, tomato concasse and confit of lemon, matched with Orvieto or the Banfi white blend, Centine; and a parfait of dark chocolate and raspberry with a raspberry coulis, with either moscato or sparkling rose.
