Glen Head: Bistro M sings 'Tequila'
Bistro M, the three-star New American eatery at the Glen Head railroad station, offers a tequila-fueled dinner on Wednesday, July 28.
Chef-owner Mitch SuDock's $68-per-person meal, excluding tax and tip, includes a tequila cocktail with each course. Reservations recommended.
The dishes: red snapper ceviche with local cantaloupe, fennel, lime and mint; black-pepper seared tuna with avocado, plantains and peaches; picholine-olive stuffed French toast, with caramelized pork belly, lemon jam and a fried quail egg; braised duck leg with chipotle-chocolate adobo, red bliss potatoes and chard; and caramelized coconut rice pudding, with pomegranate ice cream, caramel popcorn and, yes, tequila syrup.
Live music provided by dNa.
Bistro M is at 70 Glen Head Rd., Glen Head; 516-671-2498.
