On3, the three-star New American restaurant at the Glen Head railroad station, will close on Sunday, ending a seven-year run.

In its place will open Fork & Vine, according to chef/owner Stuart Brown. Brown says the menu will feature "lots of small plates like prosciutto-wrapped diver sea scallops and felafal-crusted shrimp.''

Brown says there will be an extensive wine list, including a rotating selection of 10-15 wines by the glass.  The restaurant opens June 2 and will serve dinner only, seven days a week.  Covered outdoor dining is planned.

Fork & Vine is at 32 Railroad Plaza, Glen Head; 516-656-3266.
