This cozy Babylon institution has been around since 1948; Raymond "Hapi" Auer and Chrissie Auer have owned it for the past 17 years.
At breakfast, try the piping hot, tender "blue monkey" pancakes loaded with fresh blueberries and bananas. The house-baked raisin scones are old-fashioned good, as is the sturdy corned-beef hash. At lunch, burgers are char-grilled and delicious.
