Every day, the world is becoming a friendlier place for food lovers with gluten intolerance. Just check out the recent expansion of the gluten-free menu at P.F. Chang's China Bistro, a national chain with a branch in Westbury.
Among the manifold choices are Singapore "street noodles" ($9.95), chicken lettuce wraps ($7.95), a vegetarian "Buddha's feast" ($8.50), Mongolian beef ($14.95). shrimp with lobster sauce ($8.95) and, for dessert, a flourless chocolate dome ($5.95).
