GM Burger Bar in Rockville Centre offers weekend deal

GM Burger Bar in Rockville Centre will celebrate its first year in business with gift certificates for diners.
From July 11 to July 13, each table gets a $10 gift certificate to be used next time they visit the restaurant. Tap beers will cost $5 during the weekend festivities.
The kitchen will serve a "birthday burger" with caramelized onions, Swiss cheese and house sauce on Texas toast. And the establishment will offer a $10 "birthday bash" cocktail made with Ketel One citrus vodka and lemon sorbet, finished with sparkling wine and fresh strawberries.
GM Burger Bar is part of the George Martin restaurant group, which includes George Martin "The Original," also in Rockville Centre.
