Gordon Ramsay: Searching for LI restaurants to rescue

It’s casting time again for Fox TV’s “Kitchen Nightmares,” as chef Gordon Ramsay saddles up his white horse to ride in and save the day. Of course, there’s usually a shootout involved in the process, when tempers flare and bleeped-out words fly.

If you happen to know of — or own — a restaurant about to fall victim to this quicksand economy — or its own cluelessness —  you’ll want to compose an email and send it to twinsworld1@aol.com. Include the name and address of the dining spot in need, the kind of cuisine served, how many seats the place has, how long it’s been open as well as any photos or website info. Most important of all, tell why help is needed.
