Sip City is celebrating its first anniversary with a $19.99 menu. The restaurant has also boosted its summer menu with some inviting choices.
New executive chef Akins Amoroso's $19.99 menu includes dishes such as beet salad with goat cheese and orange-ginger vinaigrette; grilled Thai-style chicken and fried artichoke; saffron-curried monkfish; and braised short ribs.
The eatery's summer menu features Caribbean-style cod fritters with chipotle-pepper aioli; Kobe-beef sliders; a platter of Mediterranean-style meze with baba ghanoush, olives, pita bread and garlicky hummus; grilled peach salad paired with duck prosciutto; pan-seared Chatham cod with celery root puree, sauteed fennel, and potato croquettes; and rack of lamb in a pomegranate-red wine reduction.
Anniversary offerings are available through August. And diners will receive a free Sip City cupcake.
