Lola, the high-style New American restaurant, hosts a food-and-wine pairing dinner next Thursday, highlighting Becky Wasserman Selections.

The May 6, six-course dinner is $95 per person, not including tax and tip. It starts at 7 p.m.

Consultant Peter Wasserman made the wine choices to go with chef Michael Ginor's menu.

The pairings include duck au vin with truffles matched with the 2006 Dublere Morey St. Denis 1er Cru;  torchon of foie gras with mustard fruit, ith the 2006 Jean Yves Devevey Chassagne-Montrachet; and Epoisses cheese with the 2006 Domaine St-Jacques Rully 1er Cru "Marissou."
