Montauk will have a taste of Nantucket this summer.

Grey Lady is slated to open by Memorial Day at the West Lake Drive address exited by the one-season wonder, Harbor.

It will be the fourth Grey Lady. The others are in Manhattan, Aspen, and Nantucket, the last of which will inspire the East End menu.

Owners Ryan Chadwick and Callum McLaughlin are Nantucket natives. Chadwick said the goal in Montauk is to offer “seafood classics.”

On Nantucket, they include New England clam chowder, a raw-bar plateau with oysters, crab claws, shrimp and littleneck ceviche; crabcakes, grilled flounder, and a lobster roll. “It will be a nice fit,” Chadwick said.

He expects main courses will be priced in the mid-$20s.

“Grey Lady” is the name used to describe the morning fog that shrouds Nantucket island.

Grey Lady will be at 440 W. Lake Dr.; 631-210-6249, greyladymtk.com
