Hampton Bays: Wine dinner
This Friday (April 16), the Inn Spot on the Bay is hosting a seven-course wine tasting dinner featuring wines from Peconic's Raphael. Due to the number of courses, everyone needs to be seated at 6:30 p.m. Here’s the menu:
Crab Bisque: Ceamy, crabby & sherried
Sauvignon Blanc
Dusky souffle: Cabot Cheddar- & cocoa-infused
La Fontana
Salad: Tossed greens, chevre & strawberries
Rose
Aquebogue duck: Duck ragout over a bed of organic barley
Cabernet Franc
Fish Cake: Panko crusted, served with remoulade
Chardonnay
Lamb: Marinated medallions of lamb with jus
Merlot
Dessert: Hand made pear jellies with Gorgonzola on a house-made corn crisp
Port
