Such a loss to Long Island gastronomes: Aminia of Calcutta is no more.
The little eatery specialized in Mughali-style kati rolls, tandoor-baked paratha (bread) rolled round highly spiced fillings of chicken or mutton. Just writing about kati rolls makes me long to savor one.
A shame, the place barely lasted a year.
