Lenz Winery, one of Long Island's vintage producers, joins with the Jamesport Manor Inn next month for three-course tasting dinners focusing on three of the Peconic vineyard's wines.

From March 4 to 13, the handsomely renovated inn will offer a menu that includes an opener of warm Stilton cheese, pear halves, endive and candied pecans paired with the 2007 Lenz Gold Label Chardonnay; roasted garlic-crusted rack of lamb with Lenz's 2005 merlot-cabernet franc blend; and a Valrhona chocolate terrine matched with the 2007 Lenz Blanc de Noir sparkling wine.

The cost is $60; $54 for Lenz wine club members.

Jamesport Manor Inn is at 370 Manor Lane, Jamesport; 631-722-0500.
