Kasey’s American Grill

Can you guess the new name of the newer, bigger, better, hipper Kasey’s American Grill in Rockville Centre? If you’ve been paying attention to restaurant openings on Long Island over the past couple of years, you know it can only be Kasey’s Kitchen & Cocktails.
The 10-year-old establishment was reborn after expanding into the space next door; the menu has grown, too, and features steaks, chops, wraps, burgers and seafood, as well as kids’ options.
“Nothing is pre-made,” said co-owner Anthony Geraci.  (I certainly hope not).
