Kings Park: A change of Thai

A lot of pad Thai has gone down in the Kings Park corner space last occupied by the now-closed  Siam Thai, which followed Chaophaya.

A third Thai contender – one familiar to many Long Islanders — is expected to start serving papaya salad and Bangkok duck come early autumn, after the space has a major makeover. Watch for the opening of a Suffolk County branch of Sarin Thai, a long-established Greenvale restaurant at 43 Glen Cove Rd., Greenvale, 516-484-5873, sarinthaicuisine.com.
