For starters, choose a salad (mixed green or tricolore) or a soup (chicken vegetable or lentil). Then pick one of four pastas: fusilli with mixed vegetables and fresh mozzarella; orecchiette with broccoli rabe, garlic and oil; penne alla Siciliana with eggplant and tomato sauce, and, finally, rigatoni with sausage and peas in tomato-cream sauce. For dessert, you have a choice of either New York cheesecake, carrot cake or flourless chocolate cake.
