Easter Sunday dinner starts at 1 p.m. at La Pace with Chef Michael. The Glen Cove restaurant will feature an a la carte menu and family-style presentations.

Expect main courses in the mid-$20 range. Among the Easter specials are herb-crusted rack of lamb with Provencal vegetables; braised lamb shank in red wine; roast prime rib; honey-glazed baked Virginia ham; grilled Florida grouper; and horseradish-crusted salmon.
