They're followed by roasted whole lamb shoulder with sumac and Aleppo pepper; charcoal-grilled Long Island duck; lamb tongue kebab, pistachio-stuffed semolina cookies; Key lime pie; and a local-berry financier trifle with lemon verbena and vanilla ice cream.

Among the wines to be poured are the winery's 2012 chenin blanc, dry riesling, semi-dry riesling, dry rosé?; sauvignon blanc; "festival" chardonnay; and the 2011 barrel-fermented chardonnay. The reds include the 2010 Assemblage blend and merlot; and the 2011 cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, and "festival" red.
