At almost any of the various Latin restaurants on Long Island, you’ll find that classic crowd-pleaser, camarones al ajillo, or shrimp in garlic sauce. Here are four restaurants — one Dominican, one Pan-Latin, one Mexican and one Colombian — each with its own version of the dish.
