Legal Sea Foods, shuttered last month after a carbon-monoxide leak killed its general manager and sickened dozens, has reopened. The seafood restaurant at Walt Whitman Shops in Huntington Station is now equipped with new carbon monoxide detectors and, according to the chain's president and chief executive, Roger Berkowitz, has implemented a safety plan that “exceeds” state standards.
