LI chefs: Gordon Ramsay wants you!

Chefs: Would you like to be humiliated on national TV? Or do you know someone who likes that sort of thing? The tenth season of Gordon Ramsay’s “Hell’s Kitchen” is casting, which means that Fox TV needs 18 new recruits.
Long Island has a long and storied association with “Hell’s Kitchen.” Heather West, who won Season 2, now executive chef at Ciao Baby in Massapequa and Commack, won Season 2. Trevor McGrath, a finalist in Season 8, is now executive chef at Kodiak’s in Farmingdale.
“Hell’s Kitchen” is due to return on June 4, so act fast. If you’re interested in auditioning, here’s what the show’s producers require:
