H2O Seafood Grill hosts four dinners this month highlighting Long Island wines, starting Wednesday.

The July 10 dinner focuses on Sherwood House in Mattituck and Jamesport;  July 17,  Bedell Cellars in Cutchogue; July 24, Macari Vineyards in Mattituck; and July 31, Raphael in Peconic.

Three-course dinners with wine are $40. The restaurant also offers the summertime menu without wines for $30.

The July 10 menu features lobster salad with Satur Farms greens and local corn; Shinnecock wild striped bass with Jonah crab, carrot broth and sunflower greens; and almond-cornmeal cake with vanilla custard and local honey. The wines include Sherwood House chardonnay, merlot and a red blend.
