Library Cafe in Farmingdale hoists a final stein to Oktoberfest 2011, with special dishes and brews through Oct. 24.
Expect Wiener schnitzel, wursts, sauerbraten and brook trout as well as potato pancakes, hot Bavarian-style pretzels, German potato salad, sauerkraut and red cabbage. The brews include Paulaner Oktoberfest, Samuel Adams OctoberFest and Blue Point Pumpkin Ale on draught, plus a trio of Paulaner brews in bottle.
