Lincoln Station Bar & Grill made its Bellmore debut in late October in the former digs of the short-lived Clearwater Charlie’s.

Stefan Watstein, who co-owns the restaurant and sports bar with his wife, Lori, said the place has been redecorated with leather banquettes and checkered tablecloths. It is named for Watstein's favorite president — and, also, for its location, across from the LIRR station.

Chef John Jenkins cooked at Fisherman’s Catch in Point Lookout (a restaurant badly hit by superstorm Sandy). On Jenkins' classic American menu: New England clam chowder ($6.95), short rib and waffles ($11.95) , a cheeseburger with hand-cut fries ($10.95), a chicken Milanese salad ($14.95) and chipotle BBQ salmon ($19.95). The place offers a three-course $16.95 prix-fixe Monday to Friday nights.
