You've got a beef in Cutchogue.

On the eve of summer, McCall Ranch starts selling its own organic, grass-fed beef at the McCall Wines tasting room on June 20.

The meat, from prized Charolais cattle, is $20 per pound for steak and $10 per pound for ground. There's a limit of two pieces per customer, and orders cannot be placed by phone or online.

The North Fork Food Truck, from The North Fork Table & Inn in Southold, will be serving McCall beef burgers on Fridays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. through July.

McCall's 2009 merlot complements the burgers. It's $5 per glass.

McCall Wines, 22600 Main Rd. (Route 25), Cutchogue; 631-734-5764.
