Chef-owner Michael Ginor said he will offer Lola's regular menu on Christmas Eve. On both Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, an “elaborate tapas menu” will be in effect. Featured items include a trio of holiday sliders comprising Korean milk buns with chestnut-stuffed truffled chicken roulade, butternut squash and cranberry ginger marmalade ($15), Vietnamese chicken wings ($15) and a pizza-like French escargot pastry ($18).

On New Year's Eve, Ginor said, a menu of appetizers and main courses will spotlight luxury ingredients such as lobster, foie gras, truffles and caviar. “But not solely,” he added.
