Long Beach's Atlantica and Cuban Crocodile reopen

Add two more restaurants to the list of those up and running in Long Beach.

Also, Atlantica at the Allegria Hotel is currently serving an abbreviated menu at breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The panoramic windowed wall still overlooks sand, sea and  boardwalk, which is undergoing repairs.
