Actor and author Chazz Palminteri, whose "A Bronx Tale" was made into a memorable movie and one-man Broadway show, was spotted at the Atlantica on the Ocean restaurant at the Allegria Hotel and Spa. On Thursday, Palminteri enjoyed an endive-and-radicchio salad for lunch at the eatery, which is situated at boardwalk level. The hotel is at 80 West Broadway; 516-889-1300.
