Get out your Hawaiian shirts and practice some hula dancing. On Sunday nights this summer, Sugo in Long Beach will stage its own interpretation of a luau.

The $29 all-you-can-eat Hawaiian menu (some items served buffet-style, others cooked to order) runs from 2 to 8 p.m. It includes whole roasted suckling pig, shoyu chicken, lomi-lomi salmon, teriyaki beef, Huli-Huli chicken, coconut shrimp, macadamia crusted mahi and other selections. Dessert but not coffee is part of the deal. Kids under 10 eat free while adults can opt to pick and choose only what they want from a Hawaiian a la carte menu.

Also part of the plan: Polynesian drinks (purchased separately) and limbo dancing. Live music gets cranking at 4 p.m.

Aloha.

Sugo is at 62 W. Park Ave., Long Beach, 516-431-7846, sugocafe.com.
