Long Island barbecue restaurant Townline to host Bourbon & Barbecue night

It will be bourbon-and-barbecue night on May 12 in Sagaponack.
Townline BBQ, one of Long Island's top spots for 'cue, will highlight the Texas straight bourbon whiskey of Garrison Brothers Distillery at a dinner Tuesday night. The cost is $90 per person. Dinner starts at 7 p.m. Reservations required.
There will be a drinks and a cocktail menu featuring Garrison Brothers bourbon. The distillery uses organic ingredients from local farms. Production is limited to a few hundred barrels each year.
On the plate, you'll find a raw bar of local oysters and clams, smoked turkey wings, kielbasa with sauerkraut, Texas links, smoked rib roast, and sides such as German potato salad, baked beans, coleslaw, pickles and potato bread. Dessert: apple rhubarb cobbler.
