Deliverance from workday drudgery can take the form of a dragon roll, a bacon cheeseburger or a Reuben sandwich brought right to your office. From Mineola, Melville and Hauppauge, here are some  eateries that deliver.

MINEOLA

Panda House, 122 Old Country Rd., 516-873-8300. This Chinese takeout sends out such favorites as orange chicken and beef with broccoli. There's also a "light" menu that includes prawns with snow pea pods or steamed chicken with spinach.

P.S. Burgers, 198 Second St., 516-493-9292, psburgers.com. New to the area is this neat little burger spot offering all manner of juicy grilled patties -- beef, turkey and bison -- as well as salads, sandwiches and shakes.

Kuck's Deli & Yogurt Shop, 141 Mineola Blvd. Unit A, 516-746-4729. Hot specials are on the menu every day at this breakfast and lunch specialist, where you can get a Western omelet or Italian hero as well as frozen yogurt.

HAUPPAUGE/ISLANDIA

The Garage, 170 Bridge Rd., Islandia, 631-582-4141, thegarageeatery.com. From this spacious deli come such dishes as Philly cheesesteak, primavera pizza and spinach salad.

Umi Sushi, 160C Adams Ave., Hauppauge, 631-952-8686, umisushili.com. Known as a gracious spot for dining in, this Japanese restaurant will bring its soup, sushi, tempura and teriyaki to you.

Hauppauge Palace Diner, 525 Smithtown Bypass, Hauppauge, 631-724-1775, hpdiner.com. By definition, a diner means an encyclopedic menu -- gyros, burgers, sandwiches, salads, even steaks. A bonus is online ordering.

MELVILLE/FARMINGDALE

Roast Sandwich House, 827 Walt Whitman Rd., Melville, 631-629-4869, roastsandwichhouse.com. Roast raises sandwiches, wraps, soups and salads to art with house-roasted meats and inventive combinations. Try the BBQ roast pork sandwich with grilled pineapple, Cheddar and roasted poblano aioli.

Pete's Deli, 800 Main St., Farmingdale, 516-694-4616, petesdelitogo.com. A classic deli serving (and speedily delivered) breakfast and lunch. You'd have a tough time spending more than $10 here, and portions are generous.

Wings Over Farmingdale, 221 Main St., Farmingdale, 516-756-9464, wingsover.com. Aside from wings (and, intriguingly, "boneless wings") in 20 flavors, Wings Over Farmingdale serves burgers, ribs, salads and sandwiches filled with fried chicken, buffalo chicken and broiled chicken.
